I lived here almost two years and honestly loved every minute of my stay,, I was under two managers the first Casey she was so nice and always answered your calls when or if there was any maintanance issues they were taken care of ASAP . Then the second manager took over who was named Terra who was also wonderful easy to talk to always had a smile on her face and got things done .. This apt complex comes with a great pool all amenities elevator underground parking and in a really quiet location. Walk up the street to Ventura blvd where all the wonderful restaurants are easy access to all.. I rate this apt complex a five not only for the building but for the managers that are there also that are keeping the place extremely clean tidy for a fantastic place to live and enjoy.
